Not sure where to start?
Story
I'm a husband to Niesha Pratt, a father of three, a lifelong learner, and a disciple of Jesus — postured every day to look a little more like Him. That's the foundation everything else is built on.
My background is rooted in ministry, faith, and leadership. I serve as an Associate Pastor and work professionally as a Senior Agile Coach, which means I get to live at the intersection of faith and leadership every single day. I have a deep respect for Agile principles — not just as a framework for teams, but as a way of thinking about how people grow, adapt, and deliver. When you blend that with a pastoral heart, what you get is coaching that actually moves people forward without losing who they are in the process.
I've spent years walking alongside people in the context of ministry and marketplace — in the everyday spaces where real life actually happens. What I keep coming back to is this: the goal isn't more information. It's wisdom. James said it plainly — don't just hear the word, do it. Wisdom only comes when you apply what you know and let it change you from the inside out.
Through the platforms, conversations, and doors God opens up, the aim is simple — help people walk it out, not just talk about it.
Nothing beats family trips and spending time with my wife, kids, and the people I do life with.
Bible nerd — always digging into context, application, and the slow work of looking more like Jesus day by day.
Coffee shops are my go-to spot, usually with a good book or Kindle in hand — backpack included, of course.
I enjoy studying leadership, management, and all kinds of frameworks. Mostly so I can break them, blend them, and apply them based on whatever context is in front of me.
I really love collaborating with others. I'm convinced there are way more amazing people out there than the noise and division make it feel sometimes.
I help leaders, teams, ministries, and organizations navigate clarity, leadership, systems, and execution in complex environments.
I bring together Agile coaching and ministry leadership to help people move from ideas and vision into practical, sustainable action. My work includes leadership development, team health, communication, systems thinking, and organizational alignment.
Certified through organizations including ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, Kanban University, and PURE Management Alliance, with additional professional development focused on Agile Coaching, leadership, delivery management, facilitation, systems thinking, and organizational growth.

Connect
Whether you want to reach out, share what God's been doing in your life, collaborate together, invite me to speak, facilitate, or coach in a leadership or team development context, or just connect — the door's open. I'd love to hear from you.
You can also find me across these platforms. Come say hey.
Coaching
I work with pastors, leaders, and everyday team members and believers who want clarity, growth, and accountability in both life and leadership.
My approach blends biblical pastoral care with practical coaching. Instead of therapy or clinical counseling, these conversations focus on helping people think clearly, grow spiritually, and move forward in areas where they feel stuck.
Drawing from years of experience in Agile leadership and coaching, project management, ministry, and personal and professional development, I help people process real situations in life, family, ministry, and work — while keeping Christ-centered wisdom at the foundation.
This space is for honest conversation, reflection, and practical next steps.
This is not clinical therapy or licensed mental health counseling. If someone needs professional therapy for trauma, mental health concerns, or medical treatment, I will encourage them to seek a licensed professional.
These sessions are pastoral guidance and leadership coaching focused on spiritual wisdom, personal growth, and practical direction.
Personal coaching, pastoral counsel, or leadership guidance. Book a conversation and let's go from there. No assessment required — just show up and let's talk.
If you're leading a team or organization and want to understand your health, dynamics, and growth areas — the Organization Health Assessment gives us that snapshot.
This is optional for individuals but essential if we're working together at scale. Whether you start with personal coaching and discover team needs, or you're ready to assess your whole team — we can do this together. When working with a team, I'll have each member complete the assessment so we can look at the averages, identify trends, and coach both the individual and the team.
